1. Confirmation and Availability: Venue availability will be confirmed upon resolution of any schedule conflicts and receipt of an advance payment securing your booking.

2. Advance Payment: A deposit to confirm the reservation is required within 7 days of the venue’s confirmation. Failure to do so will relinquish the date for other potential bookings.

3. Responsible Use: We kindly ask that the auditorium is treated with utmost respect. Its return in the same condition provided is appreciated.

4. Assistance and Labor: Our venue staff will oversee operations, while any additional assistance or labor must be sourced independently.

• Responsible Behavior: A strict no-smoking and no-drinking policy is upheld within the auditorium.
• Litter-Free Zone: Kindly maintain a clean environment, avoiding littering or damage.
• Damage Responsibility: Any property damage is the responsibility of the booking party, necessitating compensation or repair.
• Space Appreciation: Make yourself at home, revel in the space, and collaborate to build a lasting relationship.

Fire Safety: The use of any fire elements is strictly prohibited within the auditorium.

Cancellation Guidelines

For your convenience, our cancellation policy is outlined:

• Deposit Requirement: A 50% venue charge deposit is mandatory to secure your booking.
• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be communicated within 7 days of the confirmed booking. If exceeding a 4-day duration, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
• Advance Forwarding: Regrettably, canceled bookings will not retain the paid advance; a new booking request must be initiated.
